D1.1 A Final Report of our meetings
27th of March
- Presentation of partner activities
- As we had programmed in our agenda, each partner explained to the rest of the consortium the work that they are currently developing in their sports associations.
- In a second part, each partner explained their commitment to the Erasmus plus sports programs, projects in which they have collaborated and are currently collaborating.
- In a third part, we specify those parallel actions, related to sports activities in rural settings, that are being carried out by the member associations of our consortium and the relationship of these activities with the care of the environment.
- Presentation of the website and logo of the project
- Presentation by coordinator Ares, of the project logo, relating the logo to the meaning of our project to cover forest, sea and mountain contexts and sports that can be practiced in these different contexts.
- Presentation of our web page in which we will collect all the information prepared.
- Creation of a Google drive account to share drafts of activities and combined information, before being edited and uploaded to the web and platform.
- Visit to the different neighboring towns that participate as secondary partners in the project (Fene, Mugardos and Monfero) in order to know the different options that the land gives us to be able to carry out different sports activities and keep in mind in which places it will be possible to apply.
- Talk colloquium on the WP2
- Ares presents the final report on the study he has carried out on the possibilities offered by the environment for practicing sports in rural areas in the four towns analyzed.
- Innosport presents a draft of sports activities that could be carried out in these environments to configure the sports plan of use, with the aim of choosing the most appropriate to carry out in said environments.
- Egas and Crosowaski will prepare a guide to good environmental practices in order to carry out these sports in a sustainable manner.
28th of March
- Presentation of the Dissemination plan by the partner (EGAS), coordinator of the Dissemination Plan, it is agreed to establish a control calendar of the activities to publish them on social networks, link them to our own social networks and take advantage of the possibilities that participation gives us in other European projects to publicize our work in Sporural.
- Talk about financial management and continuous reporting data, familiarization with the platform where we upload our deliravles, project information and budget report for each activity.
- Visit to the Town Hall to sign the Municipality’s visitors’ book and explain to the press the intention of our European project, framed within the possibilities offered by Erasmus + in promoting sport.
- Talk-discussion on activity 3, in which the following agreements are collected:
- Each partner will contribute their mini-tutorial, which includes an innovative sports activity, which we will relate to the application of some digital element, which provides added value to the activity.
- It is agreed to carry out a mini-study on sports with low and high environmental impact, classify and label them with the aim of developing work for the creation of the interactive platform.
- A cultural visit is made to the A Baliadora Viewpoint, Puerto de Redes and Monfero Monastery.
